You must enjoy working in the pizza business. Even though this trait will be observed over time, it is important that you can "see" yourself being a contributing part to this business.
You must be willing to work long hours and have a resistance to stress.
You must have a background suitable to the management and operational requirements of the Nancy's pizza business.
You must have sound business skills. We anticipate that a large number of franchisees will operate multiple units. Therefore your overall management capabilities are very important.
You must have adequate financial resources available to complete the store development process and the subsequent necessary working capital.
You must have a family that fully supports the decision and commitment necessary to owning and operating a Nancy's pizzeria business.
