Our Process

• This information is important. This is a wonderful opportunity, but one in which you should make an informed and knowledgeable decision. Read everything carefully and review the information with your family and counsel.



• If you are truly interested in developing a Nancy’s Pizza® Franchise, complete the online evaluation form. This is an important step in your acceptance as a Nancy’s Pizza® Franchisee. In the Questions and Answers page, we briefly outline some of the criteria we look for in a Franchisee. The information provided will help both of us decide if your personality, background, experience and financial capacity will be suitable to our Franchise. You must fill out the application before we will start the process.



• Once we have determined that there is sufficient mutual interest, you will be invited to meet us personally. At the time of the first personal meeting, you will be given a copy of our Franchise Agreement, Disclosure Document and an audited financial statement of our company. We follow this procedure in accordance with State and Federal law. It is important for you to review all of this information very carefully with your family, attorney and accountant. You should resolve all uncertain areas before making a final commitment.



• Once you have made the commitment, signed the Franchise Agreement and have paid the franchise fee, you will begin the process of finding, building, opening and subsequently operating your own Nancy’s Pizza®.



• Prior to opening your Nancy’s Pizza® Franchise, you and your managers will be required to complete extensive training in the operation of your business. Nancy’s Pizza® has very specific procedures to follow with regard to the operation of your business and our training program is designed to impart this important knowledge to you. Once you have completed your training, you will work closely with our personnel in opening your own franchise.



• We will assist in developing your personalized Grand Opening marketing plan. To assure that your business opens smoothly and the positive public perception of Nancy’s Pizza® is maximized, we will be with you every step of the way.
