Naturally, the mainstay of our menu is Nancy’s one-of-a-kind stuffed pizza!  Our guests may order from a choice of 27, that’s right, 27 ingredients or indulge in one of our signature stuffed pizzas such as the “Chicken Cacciatore Pizza” featuring chicken breast, mushrooms, green peppers and onions.  Delicious thin crusts can be ordered the same way with signature offerings that include “A Lot A Meat Pizza” containing sausage, Canadian bacon, pepperoni, bacon; our new “Gyros Pizza” with delicious Alfredo Parmesan sauce, sautéed onions and Gyros meat; our new Northern Italian Veggie Pizza with roasted red peppers and garlic, black olives and fresh basil, or our new “Shrimp or Chicken Diavolo Pizza” with Alfredo Parmesan sauce, shrimp or chicken marinated in hot sauce, sautéed onions and green peppers served with Bleu Cheese sauce. 

Well-known and well-loved, the Nancy’s Pizza® menu also includes succulent, thin, super thin and stuffed lite pizzas…truly taste tempting!  We offer tasty appetizers that are BAKED, not fried; creative sandwiches; fresh, crisp salads; and delicious dinners.  Dinners, which are only available at select locations, include Nancy’s signature Fettuccine Alfredo, winner of the Chicago Tribune Pasta Challenge plus Penne Arribiata, Tuscan Rigatoni and many more.

We made the first stuffed pizza in 1971. The original was 2½ inches thick and that’s what we still prepare for you every single day. This THICK pizza is stuffed with TWICE as much of the same great ingredients as our “Stuffed Lite” version.

1½” THICK STUFFED LITE PIZZA

We’ve introduced a new version of our fabulously popular stuffed pizza. We call it “Stuffed Lite.” This stuffed pizza is less filling but completely satisfying. It is still loaded with the same great, fresh ingredients we always serve; just a little less of them. A whole lot lighter stuffed pizza.

SUPER THIN CRUST PIZZA

Italian Sausage
Our own unique homemade recipe, made with pure pork and absolutely NO fillers of any kind. Many pizzerias add soy to their sausage, NOT US, only imported spices and meat, that’s it. This is the most popular ingredient in our Chicago pizza restaurants.

Pepperoni - Feta Cheese
Singularly tangy and spicy, the pepperoni taste makes any pizza “Italian.” If you’re in the mood for another Mediterranean flavor, Greek, try our feta cheese on any pizza. Add some onions, hot peppers or olives for some pizzazz.

Mushrooms - Sautéed Onions - Sautéed Green Peppers
Our mushrooms, onions and green peppers are bought FRESH, sliced and sautéed before being placed on your pizza. The sautéing brings out the flavors.

Fresh Bacon - Canadian bacon
We serve two kinds of bacon, the fresh smoked kind that brings back that early morning, being a kid feeling, and the Canadian kind that reminds you of ham.

Fresh Chopped Garlic Cloves - Oven Roasted Garlic
Our garlic cloves are really fresh with a powerfully strong flavor (get a mint), while the oven roasted cloves are sweeter and smoother, yet still a bit garlicky. Add one for a great background flavor.

Black “Ripe” Olives - Green Olives - Kalamata Olives
There are countless varieties of olives to choose from. We choose the expensive, really great ones. Trust us, you’re worth it. Big, black, ripe, nutty flavored olives, sharp biting green olives and earthy Greek Kalamata olives add great taste depth to pizza.

Chicken Breast - Roast Beef - Ground Beef
These three meats are of the highest quality. The chicken breast is moist and tender and slightly more expensive at twice the normal ingredient charge. We use sliced roast beef, and is best served in stuffed pizzas (this keeps it moist). Our ground beef is ground and 100% real.

Shrimp - Imported Anchovies
Two distinct seafood tastes. Shrimp is mild, sweet and a bit more expensive at triple the normal ingredient charge, while anchovies are very salty and fish tasting. In Italy, pizzerias use anchovy for their unique saltiness (try anchovy, onion and black olives).

Broccoli - Roma Plum Tomatoes - Roasted Red Peppers
Broccoli adds those ever needed vegetables to your pizza meal, while the fresh sliced roma tomatoes add the “fresh.” Roasted red peppers add a great smokiness to any pizza.

Hot Giardiniera - Banana Pepper Rings
Our  hot giardiniera adds loads of heat along with a slight vinegar zing that keeps you coming back for more. Add to anything you want to make “hot.” Banana peppers have the vinegar zing, but not as much heat. Combine with any meat pizza.

Fresh Baby Spinach - Fresh Basil
We recently changed all of our spinach pizzas to “fresh” spinach. It really adds a great texture and flavor to spinach pizzas. Fresh basil is probably the most wonderful Italian herb on the planet; sweet, aromatic and truly Italian.

Pineapple
Who in their right mind would put pineapple on their pizza? Well, pineapple, when cooked, adds an interesting sweetness to a pizza. It’s great with Canadian bacon or with various vegetable combinations.
